We have an exciting opportunity for an Aftermarket Product Manager to join our Thermo King Americas Business Unit. This Product Manager will have ownership for share growth, margin expansion, and cash generation for parts and accessories sold through our Dealer channel. Key responsibilities will include managing product P&Ls, analyzing the business, working closely with key stakeholders on Sales enablement, along with pricing and model management execution.

Where is the work:
Hybrid:
This position has been designated as a Hybrid work schedule with work performed onsite 3 days each week.
What you will do:
· Manage service part and accessory product categories throughout product life cycle, with full responsibility for pricing, forecasting, marketing, and end of product life
· Identify market opportunities and prioritizing product and customer requirements for new product development, quality improvement and cost management initiatives
· Define the product category strategy and working cross functionally to deliver winning products
· Develop and leverage financial analytics to deliver profitable growth
· Work closely with vendors/suppliers to identify new opportunities, source innovative new product and/or line extensions and be an expert in the competitive landscape
What you will bring:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or other technical related degreeMaster's degree preferred but not required.A minimum of 4 years of product management or other relevant experienceAbility to travel up to 15%Must have a strong technical aptitude and the ability to work across different functions, regions, and internal stakeholdersStrong financial acumen is requiredExcellent organization skills and flexibility to handle a variety of time sensitive tasks and projectsDemonstrated ability to provide effective support on a broad range of activities requiring attention to detailSolid analytical and communication skills Be able to perform effectively as a team member and be able to work independently in the pursuit of company objectivesKnowledge of the transport refrigeration business, trucking industry and technical knowledge preferred

Compensation:
Base Pay Range: $ 95,000 - $140,000+
Total compensation for this role will include a commission/incentive plan. Disclaimer: This base pay range is based on US national averages. Actual base pay could be a result of seniority, merit, geographic location where the work is performed.
