Aftermarket Service Manager

Responsibilities:

Responsible for aftersales service business development, include machine modification, sales of spare parts Manage aftersales team, define management KPI to improve customer satisfaction Build up the aftersales service process for internal and external customers Control cost of aftersales service Collect customer service requirements and feedback to design and quality team to improve machine quality continuously

 

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical/Electrical engineering or related Over 8 years experience in aftersale service, and over 3years management experience. Can arrange over 30% business travel of working time English is working language Good communication skill and can work with pressure Build up and maintain good customer relationship;
