As we continue to expand, we are looking for an Aftersales Parts Channel Specialist to join our dynamic team.
The Aftersales Parts Channel Specialist will be based at our headquarters in Tauranga and will play a key role in supporting global aftersales parts management and strategy. This position reports to the Global Marketing and Engagement Manager and will focus on optimizing parts distribution strategies, supporting regional teams, and developing processes, platforms, and systems to enhance aftersales operations worldwide.

YOUR ROLE
Strategy & Oversight
Provide input in setting realistic aftersales parts growth targets. Direct responsibility for achieving aftersales growth targets remains with local market managers, with this role providing support and guidance. Facilitate regular discussions among regional managers to increase focus on aftersales revenue growth, align on global strategies, share best practices and address challenges.Reporting, Data and Process Improvement
Conduct sales margin analysis across aftersales categories and parts groups to prompt local pricing reviews and market forecasting. Collaborate with Business Administration and Analyst teams to maintain financial models and reporting frameworks that assist regional markets. Ongoing ownership of parts data structure within the business, including defining categories of parts and their related behaviours within business systems and sales channels. Monitor and report on Service Level Requirements across all markets, including NPS trends, response rates, and lead times, using data insights to identify and implement improvements across global after-sales channels.Channel Development
Understand customer buying habits and touchpoints to improve customer experience across global sales platforms. Help define and grow an omni-sales strategy, working to establish complementary strategies and incentives for each, while ensuring each channel can operate together effectively The development of global playbooks for local teams to support successful adoption of our global service values.Service & Tool Development
In collaboration with teams, support the continued development of service-specific tools, such as service ticking systems for capturing accurate service/repair data and improving service efficiency. Contribute to the development of internal processes for order processing, POS activities, with a drive towards digital commerce. Support local teams in developing the skills and processes necessary to integrate service and parts sales into dealer business reviews. Collaborate with supply teams to ensure better stock management, parts packaging improvements, and consistent operational approaches across all markets. Understanding and input into parts listing creation process and collateral design for positive user experiences.Promotions & Marketing
Work with local teams to create marketing resources and ensure staff are educated on promotional programs aimed at driving aftersales growth. Support with stakeholder relationships, including focus group facilitation with resellers and creation of communications plans for global use.
TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, Business Analysis, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 5+ years of experience in business or channel management, preferably in industries like automotive, machinery, or electronics. Experience working with cross-functional teams across multiple geographies, including remote or global teams. Strong strategic thinking, with the ability to develop actionable plans, and provide guidance to diverse teams. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with experience in managing global partner networks. Strong proficiency in data management and the use of inventory management, CRM, and business analytics software. Strong capability with digital tools and experience in e-commerce are required.
WORKING CONDITIONS
This is a full-time, permanent role based at our office in Tauranga. Occasional national or international travel may be required to support regional marketing teams and ensure alignment of global marketing initiatives. Flexibility in working hours is necessary to collaborate with international teams in different time zones.
