Aftersales Contracts Administrator

What you’ll be doing:

Working within the Medical technology department, at ZEISS, we are looking for an Aftersales Contract Administrator. This customer-centric role is responsible for ensuring the seamless and efficient management of contracts, administrative tasks, and customer inquiries, delivering top-tier service and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities: Producing contract quotations for new and returning customersProcessing Service Contracts once PO is receivedInvoicing of contracts on SAPFollow ups on quotationsInstant Cover QuotationsQuoting/Processing warranty extensions and Contract extensionsQuoting/Processing UpgradesCrediting Contracts / Contract RebatesProcessing points of sales contracts (Internal and External)Key requirements:Understanding of the management of procurement and contract processesExperience in contracts managementExperience in SAPStrong attention to detailIntermediate to advanced experience in Excel is advantageousWe’re looking for people who are empathetic and passionate, who are committed to achieving their goals, and who get excited about challenging topics.
