In this role, you will be responsible for implementing a clear and structured program/project management model to ensure timely, high-quality, and efficient delivery of our agave initiatives. **Functions:** Coordinate the development and implementation of the own agave supply model, ensuring alignment with our short-term (annual) cultivation plans for agave plantations. This role will oversee the entire process, from land screening to agave harvesting, ensuring a comprehensive and well-structured execution of the program. + **Agave Program Management:** Oversee all aspects of our agave plantation program, from land screening to harvesting, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. + **Supply-Demand Planning:** Implement and maintain the own agave supply model to forecast short-term agave needs and production requirements. Regularly update forecasts based on changing conditions and new data. + **Activity Planning & Modeling:** Develop, execute, and maintain a monthly activity model for agave cultivation and harvest, enabling detailed planning and efficient resource allocation. + **Project Management Discipline:** Establish project management governance, cadence, methodologies, and reporting structures for agriculture initiatives, including multi-year programs and productivity enhancement projects. + **Partner Management:** Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external key partners, including Legal, Procurement, Health & Safety, HR, Talent, Finance, Operations, and Geomatics. Effective communication and follow-up will be essential for ensuring seamless coordination and execution of agave plantation activities. This role presents an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to play a key role in our agave supply strategy. The successful candidate will drive strategic growth, optimize operations, and foster a high-performance and collaborative culture within our team. **Experience required/Skills/Capabilities/Languages:** + Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in engineering, Agro Sciences, Administration. + Bilingual (English & Spanish) + Project/Program management certifications as PMP, PgMP, PMI-SP, PMO are desirable. + Solid partner management, interpersonal skills, managerial skills including effective/straightforward communication and fact-based decision making. + Good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages. + Knowledge of project and project management tools. + Highly analytical and with expertise in modeling, statistics, planning methodologies, budget planning & administration. + Result oriented, self-managed, quick learner, ability to deal with pressure/ambiguity and challenging deadlines.
