Position Summary:
Assistance is required for the 2025 Annual Grand Challenge Finale on March 12. The assistants will help with all aspects of on-site event logistics, including but not limited to registration table, catering logistics, helping in-person participants, helping with room set up and take down. The assistants will help the organizing team on event-day logistics. The assistants will also ensure that all aspects of the event will conform to sustainability guidelines as described in the sustainability event certification form. 


Other Qualifying Skills and/or Abilities
McGill student in good standing, preferably with experience in hospitality. Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage and follow up on multiple tasks efficiently.
