As part of the AGCO Academy, the AGCO Academy Specialist is an expert regarding our Dealer education programs and the ecosystems that support those programs. Working specifically with the North American market, they will interface with our external Dealer network as well as our internal NA Distribution Management, Field Personnel, Business Functions and the Global AGCO Academy Team to manage Dealer education programs and provide reporting, analytics and insights in support of those programs. The AGCO Academy Specialist advocates for Dealer needs and ensures their needs for training and development are aligned with our AGCO Dealer Education requirements and programs. They will also develop effective online training, performance support and communications in support of our Learning Systems and other dealer learning as required.
Your Impact
Become proficient with the AGCO Learning Management System (LMS) at the supervisor level to perform required platform functions related to creating and supporting dealer training and training activities in the LMS for both our business stakeholders and our dealers. Work with all NA Academy Schools/Business Units to understand their dealer training initiatives, training plans, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to coordinate annual training plans, then determine, implement and manage their LMS set-up to assign, deliver, track and report dealer employee training to support the business. Understand and support all global and regional training programs as relates to our North America Dealers. This includes but is not limited to: AGCO Functional Area Dealer Education Curricula Requirements, Dealer Excellence, Dealer Readiness, Online Training All-In Program. Understand and support global and regional Dealer Users and Training Profiles through the oneAGCO NA dealer portal and AGCO Academy LMS. Assist dealers to ensure their users are set-up correctly to achieve targeted learning level ratios in line with AGCO Dealer Education Programs. Monitor these dealer and user data integrations between the two AGCO systems to ensure data quality and synchronization is maintained; report and track issues to resolution. Engage with AGCO Distribution and Field Personnel to proactively determine dealer training needs, recommend relevant training plans and provide these teams with dealer training reports and analysis for dealer reviews and other AGCO programs as needed.
Your Experience and Qualifications
Business Management or Project Management Experience.
Bachelor's Degree or higher and/or proven track record in System Administration, Training-Administration, Business Administration, Project Management.
Fluent in English language (both verbal and written)
Solid experience with customer support, services support, customer focus. Experience in agribusiness is a plus and desirable.
