About the Role
Provide Administrative support and daily operation to achieve the agency business targetsRoles and Responsibilities:
Participate in company/agency events/special task force/projects regarding agency recruitment and uplift producitityAssist and support in agency engagement activities such as preparing training materials/ presentation deck, handling enquiries and following up recruitment application.Support business projection, performance tracking and analyticPrepare performance and project progress reports for management reviewSupport internal, market, business opportunity and competitor analyticsCreate reports and presentations to summarize findings and insightsDevelop and explore the recruitment expansion in GBA campusMinimum Job Requirements:
University students major in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Accounting, Finance, Actuarial Science, Mathematics or Statistics.Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. Mandarin is an advantageConversant in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.Passionate to explore the insurance businessGood analytical skills and attentive to detailsGood problem solving, organizing, time management as well as interpersonal and communication skillsA good team player, enthusiastic and pursue for excellenceOthers:
