About the Role
Responsible for supporting the day-to-day activities of a particular area of the business on either full-time or part-time basis, with the aim of learning practical knowledge of the business area, the company and the industryRole & Responsibilities:
Support the development, implementation and maintenance of new and existing agency digital platformsSupport business requirements gathering, analysis and documentationCollaborate with end users to ensure developed systems can fulfil user requirementsPrepare documentations including test plan, business requirement metrics, test case, daily status report and UAT completion certificateSupport the promotion of agency digital platforms including (and not limited to) the preparations and evaluations of agency contents and incentive programs.Prepare the training material and conduct user training for system implementationMinimum Job Requirements:
University undergraduate in any subject areaGood communication and presentationAnalytic, problem solving, planning & implementation skillsExperience in using Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPointOthers:
