About the Role

An internship to provide quality and timely administrative support on department operational tasks and process simplification/ automation projects

Roles and Responsibilities:

Handle and manage documents filing/ recordsData input for recruitment application dataPrepare and arrange regular recruitment related document delivery to relevant agency/ departmentsSupport in department’s process simplification/ automation projectsPerform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by immediate manager in order to meet business requirements

Minimum Job Requirements:

University students major in Business Administration, Marketing, Insurance, Accounting, Finance, Actuarial Science, Mathematics or Statistics.Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. Mandarin is an advantageProficient in MS OfficeAble to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlinesPassionate to explore the insurance businessGood analytical skills and attentive to detailsGood problem solving, organizing as well as interpersonal and communication skillsA good teammate, enthusiastic and pursue for excellence
