The Agency Account Manager I reports to the Agency Account Supervisor and is responsible for managing client relationships within the Twenty6 Studios in-house agency. The core focus for this role will be acting as the liaison between clients and the internal team, overseeing the day-to-day activities of assigned business units, the creative execution of multiple projects and building client relationships. Ultimately accountable to delivering creative that is on time, on budget and on-brief, the Agency Account Manager I will work closely with agency project managers, strategists and project teams to support in defining overall scope and oversee the lifecycle of a project. This role requires someone who thrives at a fast pace, can manage multiple programs and stakeholders simultaneously and leans towards being an over-communicator. 


Responsibilities:
Leads account management activities for specific lines of business including input gathering, brief finalization, clarifying stakeholder feedback, and long-term roadmap planningServes as primary agency point of contact for clients, understanding their overall business goals, providing strategic leadership and ensuring expectations are met Coordinates the production of creative content assets such as landing pages, emails, advertising campaigns, videos and multimedia, interactive web content, case studies, brochures, presentations and more throughout the lifecycle of the projectBuilds and maintains relationships across the marketing organization Partners with internal agency team to develop creative solutions to client objectives, oversee project execution, communicate status and resolve issues as needed Ensures all creative is of high quality and aligns with brand vision and guidelines Manages overall budget of assigned accounts and ensures pipeline and resources are aligned accordingly  

Able to work hybrid schedule in Lincolnshire, IL is preferred


Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

 

BA/BS in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business or similar. Equivalent work experience will be considered 

Preferred Skills and Competencies:

 

Experience working in a marketing department or creative agencyProven history managing client relationships and driving strategic vision in a creative environmentExcellent communicator with strong presentation skillsExperience working in project management and collaboration software such as Workfront or BasecampDetailed understanding of the creative production process and experience collaboration with project managers, creative directors, copywriters, designers, videographers and other and other creative resources

Salary: USD 53600.00 - USD 80400.00 Yearly


Salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience.
Additionally, all Zebra roles are eligible for cash incentive programs. For example, sales roles have additional opportunity to earn substantial variable compensation tied to quota achievement. In most other roles, the Zebra annual cash incentive program links Company and individual performance together. Some roles may also be eligible for long-term incentive equity awards.
