About the Role

To be influencer of agency force who offer business advice and formulate business solutions with the support from subject matter (KPI) specialists, dedicated to progress agency business performance and accomplish business goals

Roles and Responsibilities:

District Business Strategic Planning KPI Competencies

Equip agency business knowledge and skillsImplement KPI specific business plans set by Zone Head / Resources Pool Head / Agency Business Partner to achieve business goalsImplement corporate business initiatives and provide business support for the excellence of agency businessAnalyze business data to assist for formulating business strategiesSupport the growth of agency business as a whole

Zone Operation

Prepare reports on district performance & leader appointment challenge, including but not limited to design reminders, prepare appointment letters, generate KPI/ activity reports and follow through the progress of challenge campaigns etc.Provide timely, accurate and adequate district operation support, including but not limited to enquiry & appeal handling, district visit PPT deck design etc.Participate and engage in zone-based events and KPI related projects assigned by immediate manager to contribute to agency business developmentPerform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by immediate manager in order to meet business requirements

Collaborative Business Engagement

Collaborate and support Agency Business Partners to perform sales-driven business activitiesAct as a good teammate in Resources Pool who proactively participate in knowledge exchange and skills transfer

Minimum Job Requirements:

Degree or above (University graduated in any disciplines)Minimum 2 years of proven experience. More solid experience will be considered as Specialist (Asst Manager Level).Experience in distribution support, agency administration or frontline sales is preferredConversant in MS Word, Excel and PowerPointGood analytical skills and attentive to detailsGood problem solving, organizing, time management as well as interpersonal and communication skillsAn enthusiastic and excellent teammate who would pursue for excellence
