About the Role

The incumbent will be supporting the Agency Distribution division of AIA in delivering business objectives through strategic planning and campaign management.

Strategic Planning & Campaign Management

Understand and identify business opportunities and challenges for performance improvement.Pay attention to market trend and industry outlook.Participate in strategic planning and facilitate decision making with analysis and insights.Drive and execute agency campaigns and initiatives through close collaboration with stakeholders.Manage end-to-end lifecycle of agency contests: proposal of mechanism, cost projection, execution, communication, reward fulfilment, and post-implementation review.Perform data analysis for all scopes relating but not limited to agency contests, competitor launches, agency office projects and any other for business needs.Liaise with various stakeholders with appropriate recommendations and actions needed to ensure smooth collaboration.Review and enhance planning and reporting workflow within the division.Attend to strategic projects assigned by the management.

Budgeting, Forecasting & Expense Management

Involve in and support overall budgeting and forecasting process of the division.Manage and monitor contests expenses with highly accurate projection.Perform cost tracking and accrual submission.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Business-related fields or equivalent from a reputable University.At least 4 years of related working experience.Possess good analytical skills and business sense.Display good mathematical and quantitative skills.Perform critical thinking and problem-solving creatively.
