THE OPPORTUNITY:

We are looking for an Agency Channel Marketing Partner, Consultant who drives agency recruitment pipeline and conversion rate through recruitment marketing activities with Quality Recruitment Department as key stakeholder.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Overall responsibilities:

Work with internal partners to co-build the recruitment marketing initiatives and programs, build the planning for activities yearly, quarterly, and monthly.Collaborate to execute these plans through various activities/ campaigns (communication concepts/ message/ visual/ events... ).Conduct reviews on recruitment marketing activities with recommendations for improvement.

Recruitment campaigns:

Work with quality recruitment department team members and intrapreneur, leaders to understand potential key talent gaps. Co-design and execute major recruitment campaign. Develop and implement marketing and branding strategies to reach enrollment targets.Enable recruitment marketing strategies and campaigns to attract, nurture and engage candidates. Create new communities that identify and build talent pipelines. Leverage social media and build online campaigns that our recruiters need.Lead the development of the marketing strategies for target audiences/ programs.Educate, guide, and influence internal partners to adopt recruitment marketing best practices, while acting as subject matter expert in the field. Develop deep base of consumer insight, track key marketing metrics driving the business and the specific field of study.Continuously monitor performance and recommend optimization strategies.

Recruitment MKT assets:

Plan, and co-design and create recruitment marketing assets to support sales recruitment effectively in each period, not limited flyers, brochures, company videos, survey digital tools.

Digital recruitment lead gen:

Build MKT online platform to attract, engage, and convert potential candidate.Leveraging tools like CRM software, email marketing platforms, SEO tools, and social media management tools can optimize lead generation efforts.Assists in defining the editorial strategy for the careers blog in collaboration with the digital marketing lead for recruitment marketing.Engaging potential leads through various digital channels and personalized interactions is critical for successful lead generation.Keep up to date on talent acquisition and digital marketing trends to identify and recommend innovations and new channels to contextually reach target market candidates.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Education: University Degree.Experience – At least 7 years of experience on marketing, recruitment marketing, digital marketing preferably in insurance industry. Knowledge and experience of integrated communications and advertisement, activation, channel marketing and operational structure of agency, project management, ownership, responsibility.Ability to generate new initiatives and innovative approaches; business acumen; ability to influence various stakeholders. Strong previous senior marketing experience within a fast-paced, professional, and progressive environment is essential.Stakeholder collaboration experience, with the ability to quickly develop and manage both internal and external relationships.Demonstrated ability to communicate issues and recommendations persuasively and effectively to key stakeholders.Good organization skills & attentive to details.Knowledge of data relationships and analysis.
