Lead, manage, and develop existing agents within Bandung area Monitoring & take necessary action to drive sales performance Organizing, regular review & visit all agencies on activities & KPIs Follow up & Follow through issues between Agencies and Allianz Manage administration work & providing regular reports

Job Requirement: 

Bachelor degree in related management / marketing  Minimal 2 years experience in insurance industry  Excellence insurance knowledge  Excellence in negotiation and communication skill  Able to operate microsoft office (excel and powerpoint)  Able to work under pressure and meet the deadline
