Job Summary

We are looking for Agency Development Manager who will be responsible for planning and driving the Company’s business growth and productivity. 

 

Key Responsibilities

To plan and drive the Direct Agencies to meet Company’s business targets and productivity. To provide support to Direct Agencies team in terms of products, claims, policy management, underwriting and operational matters To drive sales and recruitment for Direct Agencies. To manage Sales Specialist’s activities to ensure they are on track to meet their production and recruitment targets. To recruit and develop team members to achieve team’s productivity targets. To instill and drive transformation concept (One Allianz and Digital) within the team and to liaise with all stakeholders to drive the newly launched sales projects/ initiatives To drive and motivate agents in order to create a high performing Sales Team. To join field with agents for roadshow, customers appointment and recruitment activities. 

 

Key Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree in any discipline At least 3 years working experience in Sales/Agency Business Development/ Marketing in insurance industry, preferably Life Insurance. Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and maintain relationship with agencies and management. A good team player. Must possess own transport.
