General Description:
Handles events administration i.e., conferences, meetings, recognition and sales rallies to drive Agency force engagement and help achieve of sales objectives.Handles rewards administration of yearlong and tactical promos i.e., conferences, recognition, monetary and non-monetary incentives to drive engagement and uptick in sales key performance indicators.Handles inventory management of events and promo materials for the agency force to achieve desired outcome.Specific Description:
Collaborates with Agency Sales and Support Heads in securing approvals and implementation of promos and events.Handles rewards administration and payout of Manulife, GAMA, LIMRA and MDRT incentives.Handles timely release of promos and event materials.Handles inventory of promos and event materials.Handles event expenses, ensures its within budget and expense ratios.Handles vendors on event and promo requirements to ensure timely delivery.Ensures promo and event materials are consistent with Manulife’s branding identify.Handles records of officially released promo and event communications.Handles day-to-day concerns related to events, and promos.
