Job Description: 

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Agency Management Lead to join our HP Global Marketing Agency Practice team. The team sits within the Creative Services department within the Marketing organization. Our team is at the forefront of transforming the Marketing organization's agency landscape to successfully scale and simplify our agency relationships globally. This role will play an integral role in ensuring our HP agency partnerships are efficient, effective and aligned with the Marketing organization future state vision.

Key Responsibilities: 

Agency subject matter expert lead in managing key global Agency relationship programs & governance on behalf of the HP Marketing organization holistically  

Agency strategy project lead for identified areas of optimization in HP’s preferred agency roster 

Manage internal HP Marketer engagement and consultation in respective capabilities categories, to drive business with preferred agencies 

Manage preferred Agencies from relationship performance and new business development perspectives on behalf of HP Marketing organization  

Manage and lead quarterly performance reporting for respective Agency relationships 

Drive optimizations across HP agency operations with various operational stakeholder groups i.e. Procurement, Marketing Management Operations, Finance  

 

Preferred Qualifications: 

Minimum 8-10 years of experience in agency environment 

Former agency experience with focus in client services or new business role  

Proven experience managing global clients and delivering successful outcomes

Analytical and strategic thinker, with the ability to approach challenges and opportunities with a structured and strategic mindset

Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders. 

Resourceful in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines
