Agency Partner
**Summary:** Facebook is seeking an experienced Agency Partner to work with leading US agencies to help build and sell Facebook and Instagram’s advertising solutions. You’ll contribute to a high-caliber team in a business that is experiencing rapid and dramatic growth in both the brand and DR marketing arena. **Required Skills:** Agency Partner Responsibilities: 1. Firmly establish Facebook and Instagram as a leading brand building and business driving platform in the eyes of all Agency constituents 2. Act as the primary liaison, internal advocate and thought leader for your agency partners with a specific focus on key C-Level and influencer constituents 3. Create and collaborate on education & inspiration focused programming that has a scaled impact on various constituents (media, digital, strategic planning, etc.) across the agency 4. Provide client service and partnership across all facets of operating company (both traditional and digital media teams) 5. Execute local/regional Facebook deals with agencies where applicable 6. Drive the growth, adoption and advocacy of the agency/holding company portfolio through a strategic focus on most influential accounts 7. Support and develop entire agency to ensure an understanding of Facebook value proposition and product 8. Track revenue performance across the agency portfolio and determine corrective measures where needed 9. Support vertical and Small and Medium-sized Business teams in identifying and pitching transformational opportunities to clients 10. Point of contact for the agency responsible for shepherding opportunities/enquiries to the right team within Facebook **Minimum Qualifications:** Minimum Qualifications: 11. 7+ years of Marketing, Brand Advertising, Agency, Media Sales and/or Online Advertising experience leading businesses or accounts 12. Experience working with account contacts and growing revenue through the development of relationships **Preferred Qualifications:** Preferred Qualifications: 13. Experience in sales and marketing in a sales or commission-based role to advertising agencies 14. Understanding of Facebook user behavior and how technology works and experience translating technical or complicated ideas into less technical terms 15. Experience in working for matrix organizations and experience supporting key internal cross-functional stakeholders 16. Experience working in a highly dynamic and rapidly changing environment 17. Communication and presentation skills 18.
