About the Role

The Agency Recruitment Program Governance Specialist is responsible to support the Recruitment, Performance Management. The position is expected to implement and to enhance current processes in onboarding, performance monitoring and offboarding of Financed and non – financed recruits. Oversee process guidelines and mapping for recruitment BOPs

Once hired, the candidate is expected to be responsible for:

Develop and implement processes in onboarding of recruits and leader promotion to different financed and non – financed programAssessment of document submission and completionGenerate contract for all financed programsBackground screening of EADP and ELDP programMonitor onboarding status (Training completion, License process and coding)System enrolment (System and finance tagging)Implement the Performance Monitoring and Payout ProcessGenerate and cascade of weekly performance reportConsolidate the engagement and training completion in the systemConsolidate, present and implement agency appealsGenerate month end reportValidate performance and process financing payoutImplement the offboarding processIdentify and generate reports for non-performing recruits and leadersCommunication to ASG and Distribution Leaders of the cease of financed program contract to non-performing recruits and leadersConsolidate, present and implement agency appealsProcess the clawback provision of the program (if any)Oversee the admin requirements of the recruitment teamManage the budget, service provider contract and team’s IT requirementsAbility to collaborate with different stake holdersAbility to effectively communicate in all level of the organizationCan lead projects and other tasks that will be assigned
