About the Role
The incumbent will be responsible and to support the performance and agent recruitment activities, develop & groom future leaders amongst the agency force. Maintain good rapport with all the Agency Leaders & Life Planners, helping them to expand/ boost their business via quality recruitment.Encourage and assist leaders and introducers to recruit & retain quality agent recruits.Conduct coaching and review session with the new agents on regular basis.Conduct and observe the SBSG & morning meeting sessions for new agents on weekly basis.Join the agency meeting to brief the leaders and agent recruiters about the changes and recap on the current recruitment process and regulations.Always be creative to conduct various kinds of BOPs to attract both serious side hustlers & committed explorer to join as our Life Planners.Maintain good bonding and excellent teamwork with all the stakeholders.Work closely with other team members to drive key KPIs under Strategic Development AEA.Sales and target oriented, aggressive and work effectively with minimum guidance.Identify the potential AUM in the agency and groom them to next level via sustainable yet strong direct recruitmentComplete all administrative work/ reports as required. These responsibilities require a combination of strategic thinking, market knowledge, excellent communication skills, great teamwork & strong leadership abilities.Job Requirements:
Tertiary Education from a reputable University.At least 5 years experience in Insurance of Financial Institution industry.Candidates with PCE, CEILI & TBE certification/ AMII/ ACII/ AAII or other insurance professional qualification will have better advantage. Outgoing, sociable, resourceful, independent and able to communicate with all levels.Good analytical and problem-solving skills with flair for innovation and creativity.Creative thinking, forward thinking entrepreneur & analytical skills.#LI-DNI
