POSITION SUMMARY:

To dispatch vehicle for local, cross border limousines and coaches according to the reservations, to ensure utilization of company resources is maximized; to provide greeting services to patrons and to maintain up to date and accurate data for report generation.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Constant communication with all related departments to handle and coordinate limousine enquiries and booking arrangements.Project a professional image via phone calls and emails with guests/ internal guests.Establish professional image from the first touch, provide personal greeting and farewell service to guest in different locations.Ensure smooth operations between limousine service counter, dispatch centre, limousine drivers and guests.Assist in monitoring Drivers’ standing posture, manner and report to AM/ Supervisors.Make sure orders are fairly distribute to the drivers according to who stand by first.Familiar with company products, events and promotions, able to answer queries from VIP patrons and internal guests in a timely and professional manner.Update all vehicle data and prepare daily and monthly reports.Ensure company and patron information are kept confidentially.Perform other reasonable job duties as assigned by supervisors from time to time.Adhere to all Company policies and procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience (please indicate minimum required and preferred experiences)

Working experience in a similar capacity.Sound knowledge in the local transportation and travel industry is a plus.

Education (please indicate minimum and preferred academic requirements)

High school graduate or equivalent professional training.

Skills / Competencies (please indicate requisite competencies that are qualified for the position)

Reading, writing and basic oral skill in English, Cantonese and Mandarin communications, knowledge of other language is a plus.Good communication in spoken Cantonese, Mandarin & English.Establish professional image with exceptional service and telephone manners. Computer literate.Ability of multi-tasking.Ability to work on flexible shift on rotation basis and overtime if needed.Ability to stand and/or walk during the shift.Excellent interpersonal / presentation skills are preferred.
