Job Description

You are the beginning of an exceptional guest experience. As a Restaurant Reservations Coordinator at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess, you will make our guests feel welcome and reflect the exceptional dining experience to come when they arrive!

Answering multi-line phone system and provide guests information on resort and activitiesConsistently offer exceptional, friendly and engaging serviceEnsure the best selection for the guest and ensure revenue is maximized through suggestive selling techniquesRecommend property dining outlets and assist guests with information and special requestsBook restaurant reservation requestsFacilitate taking guest room delivery ordersAccurately input data into proper systemsAcquire extensive knowledge of the premisesCommunicate in a clear and effective manner
Qualifications
Ability to speak with a smileGuest focused personality is essential; experience is an assetAptitude in resolving issues with a customer-focused orientationProficiency in English; multilingual is a plusExcellent communication skillsPolite and confident with a great deal of patienceAbility in multitasking and time-managementAptitude in resolving issues with a customer-focused orientationExperience working with point of sale systems, booking platforms, and Microsoft OfficeFamiliarity with Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel preferredAttention to detail is a must as well as being very organizedTake initiative to complete tasks that need to be done
