Job Description

The Job:

Take responsibility for inquiries from customers and support Sales to secure the business opportunitiesPerform the best customer service to ensure high customer satisfactions.Communicate service issues to Department Managers/ SupervisorsMonitor assigned tasks and ensure the fulfillments.Responsible for EDMS inputs and updates as well as other relevant company’s systemCorporate and work with other branches related to any Distribution servicesAssist Department Manager in updating and monitoring business opportunitiesAssist Department Manager in running weekly meetings and take the minutesTake up additional tasks as required meeting the Company’s need.

Qualifications

Knowledge:

University/ College degree or equivalent qualificationsExperiences in Warehouse / Contract logistic service provider is an advantage

Skills & Experience

Good English communicationGood PC knowledgeWilling to put in extra hours, as requiredWell-organized, innovative, self-motivatedAble to work well in team, under high pressure and tight deadlineGood problem-solving skill.
