Agent Recruiter, National Brands

Your responsibilities:  

Agent recruiting: Prospecting up to 50 or more recruits a day and convincing them to meet our brokers through cold calls and warm leads.  Pipeline building: Using our resources to build and maintain a continuous flow of candidates.   Reliability: Promptly replying to team members and prospective agents.   Collaboration: Communicating constantly and effectively with team members, ensuring integrity of applicant tracking system data.   Teamwork: Building relationships with our managers, understanding their business needs and earning their trust to help them achieve business goals.   Technology Adoptionr: Achieving success by effectively using business analysis and communication tools, including Teams, Skype, Facetime, Webex, iProspect and Salesforce. 

Qualifications: 

At least one year working in a call center or telemarketing environment; with telephone prospecting and cold calling experience. Real estate industry knowledge a plus. Direct experience recruiting agents preferred.  Prior work in a sales role, proven ability to quickly build relationships, understand needs and obtain their agreement.   Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, collaborative tools and CRM systems.  Excellent verbal, written and listening skills to convincingly sell our opportunity.
