As a customer service representative, you will respond to specialized requests and provide support to our clients and final customers. You will follow-up different customer related cases, resolve technical problems, whilst also responding to telephone calls, emails, and personnel requests. You will report to the call center lead.

Main Responsibilities.

Inventory validation, stock consults in different warehouses.Order generation and management of order requests through telephone and email from our different channels.Order status and special orders.Price consults and follow ups.Order monitoring.

Qualifications.

Previous call center experience.Microsoft excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets).Intermediate English skills.Salesforce, Oracle, Avaya experience desirable.
