We are seeking a skilled technical professional to join our team as a Agentforce Success Engineer, Senior Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for the technical optimisation and strategic guidance of Agentforce for our customers. You will provide advanced expert guidance and training, ensuring our customers achieve their business objectives with Agentforce. You will also collaborate with internal account teams to address technical challenges and drive product improvements. You will be responsible for facilitating the activation process, conducting in-depth guidance sessions, and ensuring customers are aligned with our best practices. This is an IC role.

Key Responsibilities
As part of our Customer Success team, the Agentforce Success Engineer serves as a primary contact point for a group of Salesforce’s Agentforce customers. You will have responsibility for partnering with a number of assigned accounts, maintaining a continual focus on the customer’s business goals to improve their overall implementation, adoption, and realize the maximum value out of their Agentforce investment.

The Agentforce Success Engineer maintains awareness of the customer's key events, needs, potential risks, and value drivers. As a trusted advisor and advocate, you will be the primary point of contact to assist customers in understanding and utilising Agentforce. You will forge relationships with your customers and account teams, develop a deep technical understanding of your customers' Agentforce implementation, share standard methodologies, and best practices for adoption. These activities will enable you to proactively set the customer up for success through optimisation of the platform:

Assess customer readiness and provide personalised guidance to remove activation & consumption barriers

Provide advanced technical guidance and best practices for Agentforce

Conduct workshops for customers to ensure they are proficient in using Agentforce and can self-sustain their implementation

Assist with design and optimisation of Agentforce configurations to meet customer needs & use cases

Support and grow end-user Agentforce consumption

Work closely with the Product team to address technical issues and improvements


Required Qualifications & Skills:

Proven Experience: 5+ years proven experience in enterprise consulting, including implementing enterprise software solutions suite or products

Technical Competence: This role is designed for individuals with technical capability; you will have foundational knowledge of AI and AI concepts, Agentforce and Salesforce Clouds

Communication Skills: You are an outstanding communicator with the ability to work collaboratively with multi-functional teams from Developer to Executive. You confidently and effectively facilitate and present; ably defend your point-of-view and keep audiences engaged

Proactive & Passionate: You are proactive and have a self-starting attitude, with the ability to manage tasks independently while collaborating with customers and colleagues. You are dedicated to going above and beyonds for customer success

Beginner’s Mind: You are always learning; and you approach each interaction with an open mind

Urgency: You are able to move fast and drive business value and results, whilst remaining adaptable in high levels of uncertainty and change

Data Ethics and Privacy: You value the importance of Data Ethics and Privacy, ensuring that customer solutions adhere to relevant regulations and best practices in data security and privacy


Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

Salesforce Knowledge: Experience implementing Salesforce Clouds, Multi-cloud scenarios - Sales, Service, Data Cloud, Industries, Marketing or Commerce. Holder of multiple Salesforce certifications

Technical Familiarity: Familiarity with Salesforce’s technical architecture: APIs, Standard and Custom Objects, APEX.

Data Management: Proficiency with Data Cloud. Knowledge of Data Management principles and experience with Customer Data Platforms or Data Lakes.

Development Tools: Understanding of developments tools including SLDS, XML, HTML, SQL, Javascript, JSON, and CSS

Project Management: PMP, Prosci Change Management Certification or similar project management experience

Additional European languages is a plus
