**What You'll Be Doing**
+ Manage aggregates mining operations at Ennis, Clifton, and Gordon, TX, as well as Ashdown, AR.
+ Drive efficiency improvements and cost reduction initiatives.
+ Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and operational standards.
+ Lead and mentor a team of site managers.

+ Strong knowledge of aggregate production processes and equipment.

**Work Environment**
Our work environment is dynamic and fast-paced, providing a supportive and collaborative atmosphere. You will be working in both office settings and onsite at production facilities, ensuring the effective management of operations.
**Physical Demands of the Job**
+ Ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
+ Regularly required to stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms.
+ Ability to navigate uneven terrain and climb ladders or stairs.
+ Exposure to outdoor weather conditions and varying temperatures.
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor’s degree in related Engineering discipline, or equivalent work experience.
+ Five years of aggregates operations management experience.
+ Advanced understanding of geology, mining methods, and regulations.
+ Proven leadership skills managing multiple, diverse teams.
+ Entrepreneurial thinking and business opportunity identification.
