Aggregates Area Operations Manager

Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. **What You'll Be Doing** + Manage aggregates mining operations at Ennis, Clifton, and Gordon, TX, as well as Ashdown, AR. + Drive efficiency improvements and cost reduction initiatives. + Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and operational standards. + Lead and mentor a team of site managers. **What Are We Looking For** + Proven leadership skills and experience managing multi-site operations. + Strong knowledge of aggregate production processes and equipment. + Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. + Commitment to safety and environmental stewardship. + Ability to drive operational improvements and cost efficiencies. **Work Environment** Our work environment is dynamic and fast-paced, providing a supportive and collaborative atmosphere.
