What You’ll Do: As a key part of our dispatch team, you’ll be the main point of contact for our customers, vendors, and haulers, coordinating orders and ensuring top-notch service at every step. You’ll: Process and manage customer orders and inquiries via our dispatch system. Strategically select haulers and vendors to provide the best delivery methods and competitive rates. Schedule orders and trucks to maximize both efficiency and profitability. Build and maintain positive relationships with haulers, suppliers, and customers to ensure seamless communication. Coordinate callouts, adjust truck demand, and support the entire dispatch process to meet service goals. Why Join Us?
