Responsibilities:

The Agile / Cloud Technology Strategy Lead shall lead the development and execution of innovative technology strategies to align IT programs with business objectives. The Agile / Cloud Tech Strategy Lead requires a forward-thinking mindset to identify and leverage cutting-edge solutions, ensuring the organization remains competitive and efficient in achieving its goals.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED:

Active Top Secret Clearance

Bachelor’s Degree in a Computer Science or related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications

One or more of the following advanced certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Certified Network Professional, Microsoft Azure Expert, and / or relational database certs like Oracle and PostgreSQL are required.

10+ years of experience crafting and implementing strategic technology roadmaps that incorporate enterprise cloud offerings, custom application delivery, and low-code/no-code solutions.

10+ years of experience driving alignment with Agile principles and practices to ensure seamless integration of technology initiatives with organizational priorities.

10+ years of experience optimizing system for scalability, reliability, and performance

Proven track record collaborating with leadership and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for technological innovation and process improvement.

Proven track record of delivering large-scale, complex projects with business impact.

10+ years of experience managing technology programs to meet budgetary, compliance, and performance objectives.

Supporting and guiding large teams (100+ members) and overseeing complex Agile portfolios with multiple Agile Release Trains, ensuring successful delivery of initiatives.

The likely salary range for this position is $138,072 - $186,804. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
