You will promote and support the implementation of the Agile Strategy across teams and the organization.  Provide training and guidance on Agile principles and best practices to Agile teams and leadership.  Assist in forming new Agile teams by educating team members, establishing norms and guiding application of Agile methods in each team's unique environment.  Collaborate with teams, product owners and key stakeholders to support successful completion of  initiatives.
 

A successful candidate will have background in:

 

Train new and existing Agile teams on principles and best practices. Support the formation of new Agile teams through training, establishment of norms and coaching throughout projects. Identify new opportunities to implement Agile, and champion adoption efforts.     Implement Agile process, principles and practices across all levels and departments in an organization.            Participate in the implementation of the Agile strategy and Key Performance Indicators. Collaborate with leaders to identify and resolve organization impediments impacting implementation of the strategy.

 

What you bring:

 

4-5 years of experience required with: Demonstrating strong knowledge of and background with Agile concepts Increasing level of experience coaching teams in Agile adoption or as a Scrum Master in a mid to large sized organization 500+ employees/contractors Technology or Application Development Experience Change Management and Leadership experience Four-year degree required, in a related field
