We’re looking for an

Agile Coach,

to join our dynamic team at KONE IT in Espoo, Finland. In this influential role, you will be at the heart of driving agile practices across our product groups and teams, enabling them to deliver value seamlessly while fostering collaboration and innovation.

As an Agile Coach, you will guide teams to align their work with strategic goals, ensuring smooth execution and continuous improvement. You will play a critical part in cultivating a culture of agility and operational excellence, directly impacting how KONE IT evolves and succeeds. Your expertise will empower teams to adapt, learn, and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

This position is based in Espoo and reports directly to the Operating Model Manager in the CIO Office, giving you a unique opportunity to make a lasting impact across the organization. If you are ready to help shape the future of agile practices at KONE IT, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Lead with Impact: Align team activities with strategic goals, remove obstacles, manage risks, and ensure effective tools and processes for seamless delivery.Plan & Coordinate: Lead quarterly planning, synchronize efforts across teams, and collaborate with stakeholders to define priorities and initiatives.Drive Improvement & Performance: Facilitate agile ceremonies, monitor performance metrics, and proactively address issues to enhance team output.Ensure Transparency & Compliance: Promote adherence to IT processes and maintain clear communication on progress and deliverables.Foster Team Culture: Create an engaging environment, mentor teams on agile practices, and support continuous performance growth.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (B.Sc. or M.Sc.) in Information Technology or related field.Over 10 years of experience in IT product development within large, global organizations.Proven expertise in leading agile transformations at a team-of-teams level.Hands-on experience in Agile practices (e.g. scrum and working as scrum master) and familiarity with DevOps principles.Knowledge of operating models, including build & integration, release, and configuration management.Strong communication, networking, and presentation skills.Business acumen and ability to create clear, actionable strategies.Experience as a Release Train Engineer or Agile Execution Lead is a plus.
