Are you passionate about fostering a culture of continuous improvement and enabling teams to thrive using Agile methodologies? We are looking for an experienced Agile Coach to become an integral part of our team of Agile professionals. As an Agile Coach, you will have a dual role - a full-stack coach able to work at all levels of the organization and coordinate and guide value delivery within portfolios. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the successful adoption of Agile practices and mindset across the organization.
The location for this role can be either Espoo or Tampere, Finland.
What you'll do
Serve as a torchbearer for the agile principles and values, fostering a culture of flexibility and adaptability Collaborate with the Agile coaching unit within Metso to establish efficient ways of working and increase Agile maturity Coach teams on agility and continuous improvement to ensure effective outcomes for the organization. Optimize the flow of value for customers. Facilitate planning and related events. Coach leaders, teams, Product Owners and Scrum Masters in Lean-Agile practices and mindset. Work with Product Management, Product Owners, and other stakeholders to help ensure strategy and execution alignment. Foster Communities of Practice.
Who you are
Strong knowledge of lean and agile methodologies and experience in adapting practices for evolving business needs. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Interpersonal skills and patience. Skills for influencing and leading change. Hands-on experience from working in multiple roles in agile product or service development context (examples: product owner, scrum master, developer, line manager, RTE). Expertise in Jira, Miro, and/or other team collaboration tools. Proven understanding of agile methods and frameworks, such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, certificates are a plus. Full working proficiency in English.
