Are you with us? **About The Role** We are looking for an experienced Agile Coach to join our Program and Project Services Department. **What You will be responsible for:** + Communications with Senior GD stakeholders; + Bring your experience of implementation of SAFe into an easily consumable GDU SAFe roadmap; + Drive implementation of SAFe into each area of our business including the support to the Lean-Agile Center of Excellence (LACE), Value Stream and ART optimization, preparing ART launches, coaching ART execution and extending to the Portfolio; + Provide support to other SPCs within the team to share your knowledge and experience; + Provide SAFe training including Leading SAFe and Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) to key leaders and sponsors within GDU to enable their understanding; + Provide flexibility to work with continuous changes of requirements from our business; + Apply SAFe to our business without negatively impacting existing activities; + Implement mechanisms which will measure our progress and maturity of Agile practices and SAFe within GD. This is a role requiring flexibility in working practices to accommodate communication across Fujitsu regions. You will be expected to join remote meetings that may be early or late in your day but also have the flexibility to achieve a work/life balance. **Core Skills:** + Leadership.
