**About The Role**
We are looking for an experienced Agile Coach to join our Program and Project Services Department.
**What You will be responsible for:**
+ Communications with Senior GD stakeholders;
+ Bring your experience of implementation of SAFe into an easily consumable GDU SAFe roadmap;
+ Drive implementation of SAFe into each area of our business including the support to the Lean-Agile Center of Excellence (LACE), Value Stream and ART optimization, preparing ART launches, coaching ART execution and extending to the Portfolio;
+ Provide support to other SPCs within the team to share your knowledge and experience;
+ Provide SAFe training including Leading SAFe and Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) to key leaders and sponsors within GDU to enable their understanding;
+ Provide flexibility to work with continuous changes of requirements from our business;
+ Apply SAFe to our business without negatively impacting existing activities;
+ Implement mechanisms which will measure our progress and maturity of Agile practices and SAFe within GD.
This is a role requiring flexibility in working practices to accommodate communication across Fujitsu regions. You will be expected to join remote meetings that may be early or late in your day but also have the flexibility to achieve a work/life balance.

**Our requirements:**
+ Certified SAFe Practice Consultant with valid certification;
+ In depth knowledge and experience of implementing SAFe Essential and Portfolio Configuration within the SAFe framework;
+ Experienced SAFe trainer who can be shadowed by other SPCs to deliver key Learning;
+ Deep knowledge around Lean-Agile frameworks, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), and Agile metrics;
+ Stakeholder Management – across cultures and complex matrix organizations;
+ Fluent English;
+ Understanding of Delivery to Customers;
+ Ability to work independently and make informed decisions;
+ Respect for and embrace different cultures to create advantage.
