What you would do as our Agile Coach
As an Agile Coach in ASSA ABLOY CTO Organization  R&D unit, you will work together with creative, curious and competent engineers who create the next generation access control solutions.
Being part of our new wireless lock platform you will work to establish and facilitate our Lean-Agile way of working, help teams grow and deliver highest possible value, constantly responding to customer needs.
You will closely collaborate with Product Manager, Product Owners, other Agile Coaches, System Architects, other platform teams and group's divisions. You will act proactively to mitigate risks, remove impediments to help your Team deliver on time and with right quality.
We expect that you are Lean-Agile enthusiast and practitioner eager to build innovative organization culture which supports growth and efficiency. 


You would also:
•    Coach our teams with Lean-Agile ways of working
•    Play a Scrum Master role for two Agile teams
•    Be the Change Agent of new initiatives and improvements
•    Be responsible for Identification and removing impediments that limit delivering value by our teams
•    Participate in developing our ways of working based on Lean, Agile and Scrum principles
•    Participate in our journey with SAFe to align bigger initiatives


The skills and experience you need
We are looking for someone who:
•    has experience in Scrum Master or Lean/Agile Coach role
•    has experience in using agile frameworks, methods, practices and tools (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, XP)
•    has experience working with software development (preferably in Firmware)
•    has very good communication skills
•    is able to effectively communicate in the English language, both verbally and in writing

•    is available to work in a hybrid setup - 3 days in our Innovation Hub office in Zabierzów

 


Ideally, you would also have  CSM/PSM/SPC certifications and some working experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence and Miro

In this position, traveling to our other sites will be required.
