YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

Design programs or activities to facilitate the adoption of Agile Principle in the organization, including an operating model for future Agile practicesDevelop a recruitment, training, and development strategy with the goal of building internal capability in Agile coachingPrepare and facilitate training different teams on Agile PrinciplesProvide detailed guidelines and directions to all central and local teams in managing projects using Agile framework and methodologiesHelp teams stay on track of projects using Agile Framework and MethodologiesConduct mentoring and coaching sessions on Agile principlesRegularly conduct assessment of the team’s Agile maturityServe as Scrum Master when needed especially for new or special project teams

 

WHO YOU ARE:

 

2+ years of experience as an Agile Coach5+ years of Agile experience in project and product development that has delivered significant customer and business valueExperience in Agile Transformation of varying project/initiative size and complexityHas ability to apply and transfer practical knowledge in different Agile frameworks and methodologiesStrong leader, mentor, and coachExcellent communicator and motivatorProven skills in facilitation, collaboration, conflict resolution and problem solvingCertification in Agile, Scrum, Kanban or SAFeCoaching certification is a plus but not requiredAbility to build up trustful relationships
