About the OpportunityDMI, LLC is seeking a Agile Consultant to join us.
Duties and Responsibilities: Will be responsible for directing, guiding, and maturing two teams responsible for delivering digital outputs for IT. The teams are already formed but need consistent maturation and advancement to deliver greater value and speed. Teams consiste of client and venor and are mixed with US and India based resources.
QualificationsRequired and Desired Skills/Certifications:
Adherence to Scrum, Experience with IT Agile Teams, Understanding of Marketing is a plus, experience with pharma a plus, flexibility, team lead qualitiesA strong candidate will need to show and demonstrate more than just running of ceremonies but an understanding of the solutions, challenges on the business and IT side that can and cannot be adjusted, high emotional intelligence, an ability to coach team members, and make recommendations
