The Company Job Purpose

As the Agile Delivery Lead, you will focus on ensuring that teams operate efficiently and effectively within Agile frameworks, continuously improving processes and fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability. You will drive the adoption of Agile best practices, monitor delivery performance using metrics, and guide teams in refining workflows to achieve predictable and high-quality outcomes. By facilitating Agile ceremonies, establishing clear definitions of readiness and completion, and coaching teams on Agile principles, you will enable consistent delivery of business value. Additionally, you will proactively identify opportunities for improvement, remove obstacles, and promote alignment between teams and stakeholders.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

•    Facilitate Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) to ensure alignment and effectiveness; Define and maintain clear Definition of Ready (DoR) and Definition of Done (DoD) to ensure shared understanding and accountability for deliverables; Guide teams in effective backlog refinement to meet DoR standards and ensure deliverables meet DoD by sprint completion.
•    Ensure the Work in Progress (WIP) is minimized, properly refined and sized, also maintaining an up-to-date Definition of Ready (DoR), based on business needs and DevSecOps practices.
•    Collaborate with teams to integrate defect resolution into sprint planning, ensuring quality objectives are met without compromising delivery timelines.
•    Advocate for Agile practices across the organization, guiding transitions from traditional methodologies and addressing resistance, fostering adaptability, collaboration, and accountability; Champion psychological safety within teams to encourage open communication and innovative problem-solving.
•    Ensure proper communication of releases status through automated dashboards, providing transparency on progress, risks, and roadblocks; Collaborate with all stakeholders and teams to understand upstream & downstream processes, suggesting agile practices to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
•    Identity and Troubleshoot Obstacles: Detect and remove any impediment to ensure that the product is delivered on time and with highest quality.
•    Automate all repetitive work related to generating dashboards, KPIs, task generation, etc.; Work with team leads to discuss potential improvements related to automation and simulation in general, improving team delivery efficiency.
•    Continuously refine Agile practices to match team maturity and organizational needs, driving improved efficiency and outcomes; Identify commercial tools/frameworks to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
•    Keep up to date with all product line development and roadmaps, identifying collaboration opportunities; Facilitate discussions that connect team goals to broader business objectives, enabling informed decision-making during sprints.
•    Stay informed on the latest developments in Agile methodologies, tools, and frameworks, bringing innovative practices to the organization; Share insights from industry trends and case studies to enhance the team’s Agile maturity and delivery effectiveness.

Required Skills Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. At least 5 years of experience in Agile delivery roles such as Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or similar. Deep understanding of Agile principles, frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe, and best practices. Hands-on experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and promoting Agile values within teams. Demonstrated ability to analyze and refine workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Experience defining, tracking, and interpreting Agile metrics such as velocity, cycle time, and lead time. Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to guide teams and stakeholders in Agile practices. Proficiency in Agile project management tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps, including configuring workflows and generating reports. Strong problem resolving and analytical skills Desired Skills Certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), SAFe Agilist, or PMI-ACP. Familiarity with DevSecOps practices and their integration into Agile workflows. Experience working with cross-functional teams in complex environments with multiple stakeholders. Experience driving organizational change and transitioning teams from traditional methodologies to Agile practices.
