Position Overview:This Agile Development Man is a key team member of the Freddie Mac's Enterprise Risk Management Technologies Team within Enterprise Business Technology Office! You will lead an effort that will require partnering with multiple team members to define strategies, technical approaches, objectives, and deliver capabilities leveraging Agile methodologies that transform the businesses. The Manager will lead multi-discipline Agile technology teams with focus on delivery, schedule, and team day to day activities; will provide technical mentorship, vendor management, and ensure alignment with PMO, business partners, and Enterprise Operations and Technology teams and strategies. This position requires a strong technical background combined with strong communication abilities in order to translate complex technical issues into easily understood communications.

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $153,000 - $229,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
