Agile Development Manager, Enterprise Risk Technology (Hybrid - 3 Days in Office)

Position Overview:

This Agile Development Man is a key team member of the Freddie Mac's Enterprise Risk Management Technologies Team within Enterprise Business Technology Office! You will lead an effort that will require partnering with multiple team members to define strategies, technical approaches, objectives, and deliver capabilities leveraging Agile methodologies that transform the businesses. The Manager will lead multi-discipline Agile technology teams with focus on delivery, schedule, and team day to day activities; will provide technical mentorship, vendor management, and ensure alignment with PMO, business partners, and Enterprise Operations and Technology teams and strategies. This position requires a strong technical background combined with strong communication abilities in order to translate complex technical issues into easily understood communications.

Our Impact:Delivery of Enterprise Financial Risk Management solutions, including enterprise model risk governance, credit risk oversight, and price verification to optimally assess and track all risks, issues, controls, and complianceDelivery and support of solutions for the Compliance organization, including fraud detection technologiesAdoption of FHFA comprehensive Regulatory Reporting modifications and resolution of outstanding data quality issuesIntegration with a common Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) data platform to enable effective ERM data analytics and reportingYour Impact:Collaborate with business and technology partners to define technology roadmap and delivery strategy for the Financial Risk Management and Compliance organizationsContinue to Improve our portfolio by modernizing our technology and team capabilities, taking advantage of emerging trendsLead development teams supporting a varied application portfolioImplement solutions to satisfy Corporate and FHFA scorecardsLead the reporting and remediation of security vulnerabilities and application obsolescenceAssess architectural changes, technology platform decisions, and new technology selection and introduction for its impacts to the businessEstablish operational objectives and work plans. Prepare materials for Senior management reviews. This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $153,000 - $229,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
