Your Impact:
The Agile Development Professional will be a key member of the Automation and Analytics team within Freddie Mac’s Internal Audit division. This role will collaborate with stakeholders to develop, enhance, and implement automation and data analytics solutions to support control testing automation. The developer will be responsible for understanding and implementing requirements, ensuring code quality and best practices, and communicating progress and challenges promptly.
Qualifications:
• College Degree or equivalent experience; work towards advanced studies/degree preferred
• Typically has 2 - 4 years related experience
• Basic knowledge of Linux command-line tools and Git for version control.
• Experience in source code management, repository management and package. management with tools such as JFrog Artifactory, Bitbucket, and Kubernetes
• Experience working in an agile environment with cross-functional teams, including technical developers and business stakeholders
• Able to understand and test code written by peer developers
• Strong writing and communication skills. Detail-driven with respect to documentation and able to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $103,000 - $155,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
