JOIN THE TEAM

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Agile Facilitator with an emphasis on experience with the Salesforce Platform to lead our Agile development team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, and a deep understanding of the Salesforce Platform.

RESPONSIBILITIES Lead Agile development teams, ensuring adherence to Agile principles and practicesFacilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectivesWork with Product Owners and stakeholders to define and prioritize user stories and product backlog itemsManage and track project progress, risks, and issues using Agile project management tools and techniquesIdentify and remove impediments to team progress and successFoster a culture of continuous improvement, learning, and innovation within the teamQUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related fieldMinimum of 5-7 years of experience as an Agile Scrum Master, with a strong focus on Scrum methodologies.Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification is preferredExtensive experience with the Salesforce Platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community CloudFamiliarity with Salesforce development tools, such as Apex, Visualforce, and LightningKnowledge of Salesforce integration and data migration best practicesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members, stakeholders, and senior managementStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing project requirementsProven track record of successfully delivering Salesforce projects on time, within budget, and meeting stakeholder expectationsCommitment to continuous learning and improvement, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Agile methodologies and the Salesforce Platform.BENEFITS Responsibility from day one in a challenging work environment and "on-the-job" training as part of a committed team.Adequate compensation according to your qualifications and experienceA secure work environment because your health, safety and wellbeing is always our top priority.Flexible work schedule and Home-office options, so that you can balance your working life and private life.Learning and development opportunities23 holidays per yearAnother 5 days (readjustments days) and 2 days (cultural days)A collaborative, trustful and innovative work environmentBeing part of an international team and work in global projectsRelocation assistance to Madrid providedAt BASF, the chemistry is right.
