Position Specific Description

This position plays a critical role driving and fostering the agile mindset and practices within the IT 
Technology Solutions & Operations (TSO) organization. Position will be responsible for leading and 
executing the agile delivery of high-quality infrastructure related technology solutions within schedule 
and budget. Position is expected to have a deep understanding of agile principles, values, and 
frameworks, and the ability to adapt them to different project and organizational contexts.

Specific Job Functions: 

Lead and successfully deliver products primarily focused on infrastructure and end-user related 
technology solutions. Manage budgets, including forecasting, tracking spending, and understanding the levers to 
ensure projects stay aligned to financial metrics. Monitor and track team progress and performance metrics, providing timely feedback and 
implementing corrective actions when necessary. This includes implementing and using 
standard processes and dashboards (such as JIRA) to build a common view of work across TSC. Manage vendors, or third-party partners related to product delivery, as needed. Understand and support TSO operating model including product delivery, business strategy, 
stakeholders, goals, and services. Promote a culture of learning and innovation within the teams, encouraging experimentation 
and the adoption of new tools and techniques. Collaborate with other Agile Leaders, scrum masters, and stakeholders to drive organizational 
agility and promote best practices across teams and departments.

Trains and coaches leaders, teams, Product Owners, and Scrum Masters in Lean-Agile practices 
and mindset  Contributes to Communities of Practice (CoP), within the agile network  Promotes and encourages collaboration and transparency and builds trusting relationships 
between business, delivery, and other entities within the organization  Facilitates periodic synchronization meetings across several different onsite and distributed 
delivery teams  Prepares program and release backlogs, as well as team and program objectives  Tracks, promotes, and publishes completed program features and program and team objectives  Manages risk and dependencies, communicates, and escalates impediments to facilitate 
transparency, and reduces bottlenecks  Embraces a continuous improvement mindset, and drives the use of agile engineering best 
practices and innovation  Reports on standardized program-level metrics, and understands, tracks, and operates within 
the program budget  Plays an instrumental role in the organization's Agile transformation, acts as a change agent, and 
shows strong leadership skills with a positive and collaborative attitude  Performs other job-related duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technology field (or equivalent 
practical experience) Agile certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) Extensive experience working in technology/ software development, with a focus on Agile 
methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or Lean Strong leadership and coaching abilities, with a demonstrated ability to motivate and inspire Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with 
cross-functional teams and stakeholders Ability to identify and resolve conflicts and facilitate decision-making in a collaborative and 
consensus-driven manner Passion for learning and continuous improvement, with a growth mindset and a willingness to 
explore new approaches and technologies

This position guides teams in the execution of agile initiatives to deliver customer value. Employees in this role train and coach in the use of Scrum, Lean, Kanban, XP, and scale agile framework practices.
