Job Description

Your contribution to something big:

You will be essential in implementing agile frameworks and scaling strategies, enabling teams and organizations to achieve operational excellence. You will play a crucial role by fostering collaboration, coach teams, and creating a culture of continuous improvement while ensuring smooth delivery at scale.

On a typical day you will:

Facilitate Agile Processes: Lead ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to enhance team efficiency and collaboration.Coach Teams and Leaders: Mentor teams and leadership on agile principles, fostering a mindset that supports agility and adaptability at scale.Guide teams in adopting and scaling agile frameworks such as LeSS, Scrum@Scale, Kanban or any other that can give an extra boost to the team.Align Strategy with Execution: Work closely with product owners, stakeholders, and leadership to maintain alignment between strategic objectives and team-level execution.Drive Continuous Improvement: Use metrics such as flow efficiency, velocity, and cycle time to assess performance and implement improvements.Promote Agile Culture: Champion agile values across the organization to support cross-team collaboration and innovation.Share knowledge with teammates.

Qualifications

What distinguishes you: 

Education & Experience:

Proven experience as an Agile Master, Scrum Master or Agile Coach.Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Advanced Certified ScrumMaster (A-CSM), or Professional Scrum Master (PSM)) are highly desirable.

Know-how:

Proficiency in agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps (knowledge of GitHub is a plus).Ability to guide teams in agile scaling strategies.

Working Style & Personality:

Empathetic and approachable, fostering trust across teams.Strong facilitation, negotiation, coaching, and mentoring skills.Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and delivery optimization.Proactive in shaping delivery processes and driving continuous improvement.Excellent communicator who can engage with diverse teams in a multicultural environment.

Languages:

Effective communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate in a multicultural environment.
