QualificationsUniversity degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related subjectsScrum Master certifications (PSM, CSM or Scaled Agile Framework etc)Proven working experience as a Scrum Master and/or Agile CoachFamiliar with a wide-range of Lean-Agile methodologies, frameworks and practicesGood knowledge project management and scaled way of workingStrong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skillsPurpose /Target oriented mindsetFluent in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)Willing to travel to Bosch plant in Dongguan occasionally
