We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Associate Project Manager.

In this role, you will be:

Embed Agile and Devops practices within the team, as the Scrum Master for the POD.Build relationships beyond teams and seek out new ways of improvement.Ensure the team lives agile values and principles, providing evidence of incremental improvement.Facilitating meetings, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.Clear obstacles and establish an environment where the team can be effective.Serve as a liaison between stakeholders and development team, providing leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to junior team membersAttend Quarterly Business Reviews and take ownership for product Increment planning.Address team dynamics, ensuring a good relationship between the team and product owner as well as others outside the team.Contribute to the simplification of small parts of a tech architecture driving simplicity and reducing TOIL.Maintain effective control of the end-to-end application and service (including Development, UAT and Production).Develop a track record of managing tech debt and taking the initiative to fix issues before being assigned them.Adhere to governance processes and ensure compliance with all HSBC IT FIM requirements.Drive quality assurance automation ensuring that the test strategy also considers the test data, environments, and non-functional testing relevant for Products/Services.Work as IT Service Owner delegate (ITSO) for Talent Acquisition systems, working closely with third-party service providers.Ensure service resilience, service sustainability and recovery time objectives are met for all the software solutions delivered.Provide subject matter expertise and support across teams.Provide leadership for team, component, and production incidents reviews (PIR) and demonstrate desire to take ownership.Monitor ICE Exceptions, Unix/Linux Patching, Cyclic Patching, Performance and Stress testing for services, Data Backup Recovery Plans and Tests, DR Tests and Roleswaps Plans and Tests, Vulnerability Planning and Resolution Management.Perform requirements analysis. Documenting and communicating the results.

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies, SAFE, Scrum including certification. Running of Agile ceremonies and proficient in Agile tools.Proven track record of adopting agile development techniques and transforming project teams to adopt agile methodology.Ideally would have experience of handling IT Service Owner activities either as an owner or delegate.Experience coordinating teams globally.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Experience with requirement analysis, elicitation, documentation, communication and solution assessment and validation.Ability to demonstrate conflict management and stakeholder management skills.Be able to clearly convey complex technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.Excellent documentation skills.Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.Knowledge of recruitment systems such as SAP SF Recruitment, Eightfold, Taleo, Avature, Hirevue.Familiar with integration technologies e.g. Mulesoft, Springboot, cloud to cloud APIsTechnical background in IT Operations or Software DevelopmentExperienced in Jira Confluence
