Role Summary

Support adoption of Agile processes and Agile ways of working in the organization

Manages Team/Domain synchronization, process efficiency, and continuous improvement processes (can oversee up to 4+ Teams, eventually aligned to a domain)

Coach the Digital Product Owner, Team members, and other individuals in effective Agile practices, lead and/or facilitate Scrum and/or other Agile practices, facilitating gradual team adoption and independence

Responsibilities

•Increase overall Agile maturity •Build new Teams and set up delivery processes (e.g., facilitate workshops, trainings, define cadences) •Nurture adherence to Agile, practices, and principles •Elevate Team performance •Teach, mentor, role-model, and improve Agile across the organization •Foster self-organization and growth within Teams and Domains •Facilitate communication and collaboration inside and outside of Teams and Domains •Encourage the Teams to drive to results by routinely assessing achievement against OKRs and business goals •Champion workflow across the Domain •Coach Teams to raise and remove impediments •Evolve mindsets and behaviors •Coach Teams and organizations on how to build a trusting and safe environment •Build a culture that promotes transparency, inspection, and adaptation

Requirements 

•Background in business, software, or operations •Agile coach or other agile certifications (CSM, ICE-AC, ICP-ACC, PSM I, PSM II, SAFe)

Experience in Agile Development, with specific Scrum Master (or similar) experience preferred

•Knowledge of Agile software development process (e.g. XP, Kanban, Scrum, etc.) •Knowledge and/or experience with Agile techniques: User Stories, Test Driven Development, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Automated Testing

At least 1 successfully delivered project using Scrum methodology in the role as Scrum Master

At least 3 successfully delivered technical projects with experience in software development and/or project management
