The Opportunity
We are creating a new Omnichannel Experience team, dedicated to improve the overall Customer Experience and we need your expertise as a Product Owner to join our team and you will delight many of our Clients around the world by building the best digital experiences. The Product Owner is a strategical role in the Business Transformation, since it must be a maestro in orchestration of the Customer Needs (Love the Problem), the Business Purpose (Build the Right Solution) and the Technological Feasibility (Build the Thing Right).
Your key responsibilities
Together with the Omnichannel Experience team, you will facilitate a variety of customer-related tasks such as gathering customer data, customer insights, customer feedback and customer KPI’s, to support the implementation of new digital product and services.
Skills and attributes for success
Ideally, you’ll also have
Experience in leading teams to execute high quality deliverables within stipulated timeline;
Experience managing Agile projects and personal accountability;
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Excellent people and problem management skills;
The ability to manage multiple agile teams simultaneously.
