Compensation Overview

The annual base salary range provided for this position is a nationwide market range and represents a broad range of salaries for this role across the country. The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. As part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits program, employees are also eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards.

What Is the Opportunity?Travelers is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Agile Product Owner/Specialist to join our Salesforce (SF) Center of Excellence (CoE) team. In this critical role, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of the Salesforce platform across the organization. You will collaborate closely with the SF CoE leadership and key stakeholders to design and execute on operational, training and communications priorities that enhance user experience, optimize business processes and maximize the value of our Salesforce investments.What Will You Do?Platform Support & Optimization: Assist in managing the Salesforce platform’s day-to-day operations, including troubleshooting and resolving issues. Ensure platform governance standards are integrated into day-to-day operations. Monitor compliance with established policies, assist in resolving governance-related platform issues, and recommend optimizations to maintain platform health. Training & User Enablement: Lead the development and execution of training programs for Salesforce teams across the organization, ensuring they are equipped to maximize the platform’s features. Contribute to the design of governance-focused training programs. Lead efforts to educate Salesforce users and administrators on governance standards, best practices, and compliance requirements to ensure consistent adherence across teams. Documentation & Communication: Maintain documentation of processes, updates, and best practices, and communicate relevant information to stakeholders. Assist in maintaining and updating documentations including processes, policies, and best practices. Communicate requirements and updates to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and priorities. Maintain and further develop centralized hub.  Reporting & Analytics: Provide regular reports on platform performance, usage trends, and user feedback to inform continuous improvement. Prepare reports analyzing data on SF platform usage, compliance trends, and adherence to policies. Provide insights and recommendations to inform continuous improvement of practices. Effectively manage a backlog of SF CoE deliverables and capabilities as well as 'test and learn'/experimentation targeted at defining/refining future deliverables, measuring performance and adjusting the overall roadmap of deliverables as needed.Understand and implement SF CoE goals and strategy, ensuring alignment with its vision; Articulate the goals and strategy effectively to key stakeholders and team members.Act as voice of the end-user; have a deep understanding of and respond to customer feedback ensuring needs and requirements are clearly defined; ensure team work product meets defined acceptance criteria.Optimize the flow of value by setting objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) for solutions.Inform and participate in business readiness; understand the impact of change, implement the approach to manage adoption and mitigate resistance.Provide feedback on work-in-progress, clarify requirements and contribute to removing roadblocks or impediments; Look for opportunities for continuous team and process improvement.Partner with CoE leadership and stakeholders to effectively communicate resources required to achieve defined business outcomes.Share best practices across teams to ensure alignment and consistency in ways of working within a value stream.Foster an innovative, inclusive and diverse team environment, promoting positive team culture, encouraging collaboration and self-organization.Perform other duties as assigned.What Will Our Ideal Candidate Have?Bachelor’s degree preferred.At least 2-3 years of hands-on experience working with Salesforce, in roles such as Salesforce Administrator, Developer, or Consultant.Proven experience in leading a Salesforce CoE or similar strategic initiative.Strong project management experience, preferably with PMP or Agile methodologies certifications.Salesforce certifications are a plusStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency with data management and reporting tools.Adaptable and open to change in a fast-paced environment.Agile Mindset: Embody Agile core values of openness, courage, respect, focus, and commitment. What is a Must Have?Two years of work experience in related field required.
