8+ years of experience as an Agile Project Manager - Waterfall and Agile

Experience building a project plan, managing resources/budgets within PPM Tool, understanding of Critical Path and when to escalate risk/dependencies.

Can pull reports from PPM and present to stakeholders and provide status updates and executive reports/summaries/escalations/risks to budget, timeframe, and/or scope.

Familiarity with Agile, ability to understand - can jump in and lead agile ceremonies, sprints, retrospectives, etc.

Experience with Jira and Confluence - ability to run reports in Jira for team metrics and velocity tracking.

PMI and/or Agile Certifications - Preference for PMP and/or PMI ACP

Strong leadership skills, able to work with a number of different teams from IT (Developers, QA, SRE's, Info Security), Product (business), Legal, Compliance, etc.

Strong desire to learn, be coachable, and adapt to client processes.

Flexible and willingness to work on short term enterprise-wide initiatives/projects on ad hoc basis outside of assigned project(s).

Excellent attitude and proactive.
